Job Title: Industrial Engineer Coordinator

Leader of continuous improvement projects and 5s.

Job Location: Apodaca Plant (Apodaca, N.L., MX.)

 

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Industrial Engineer Coordinator, based in Apodaca (E-Systems Division).

As Industrial Engineer Coordinator will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to a Test Manager.

 

YOUR TASKS WILL BE

• Design and excellent Management of the Plant Layout.

• Analysis of Times and Movements of the Production Lines.

• Calculation of Headcount or Persons required to carry out a Work Operation.

• Capacity analysis of production lines.

• Continuous improvement projects applying Lean Manufacturing Tools.

• Excellent Domain and Good Management of the Operative Personnel.

• Leadership of Continuous Improvement Projects.

• Champion of 5's of the Plant.

• Management and Filling of the CAR (Capacity Analysis Report) of Ford to answer the Capacity Studies.

• Analysis of Bill of Materials (BOM) to identify savings opportunities.

 

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED

• Industrial Administrator or Systems Engineer with a specialty in Productivity.

• Minimum 3 years in the Electronic Industry and in the Automotive Industry.

• AutoCad Design Software.

• Knowledge of Microsoft office.

• Proactive, Self-directed with a lot of Leadership.

• Advanced English.
