Office Administrator - Program Coordinator

Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence
  • Maintain office contracts, building on supplier relationships
  • Raise purchase orders against requisitions
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Manage local office IT equipment, report IT issues, action IT department requests
  • Maintain HSE Records for the Coventry Office. Report and review with H&S department: Legislation updates to be actioned, training requirements
  • Complete weekly fire alarm tests and fire drills twice per year
  • Provide support to Program Managers & Business Managers in creating internal orders and sample requests for prototype and service parts.
  • Review daily small order reports, follow up and action
  • Customer presentation support.

  • Administration/office manager experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.  Ability to quickly learn and use other software packages.
  • Must be able to speak and understand English
