Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Establish and validate plans by the required dates.
  • Conduct studies and modifications of seat components as the product undergoes changes during the phases of design, development, and industrialization.
  • Monitor the evolution of the client's specifications.
  • Responsible for the product's bill of materials and tracking updates.
  • Seek and propose alternative study solutions for various elements composing the complete seat.
  • Develop study concepts.
  • Ensure direct interactions with different contacts at the client and the supplier.
  • Responsible for FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) and complete seat tolerance chains.
  • Use Lear PLM, LPMP data management systems.
  • Monitor prototype and series validations, and establish action plans to present during weekly product reviews.

 

Key Skills :

  • Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in CATIA V5 or later.
  • Leadership skills
  • Teamwork
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent skills in both French and English
