IT Helpdesk Technician

Location: Mullsjö

 

Scope of duties:

  • Provide technical support to end users on desktops, laptops, and printers
  • Using Lear ticket system, troubleshooting software/hardware related issues    
  • Provide technical support to infrastructure and network environment
  • Coordination of tasks with internal and external stakeholders                    
  • Ensure site is compliant with the Lear ISMS policy, SOX requirements and IATF standards
  • Monitor backup solution and restoring of backup
  • Engage in local IT Projects, upgrading infrastructure equipment
  • Create and maintain a Disaster Recovery Plan for the site and perform Business Impact Analysis annually

 

Requirements:

  • Experience troubleshooting end user issues and installing desktop hardware, servers, network device, software and wireless                                                  
  • Broad range of network and desktop knowledge, including experience with windows operating systems, networking, exchange, office, VPN etc.    
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft product suite, Office 365, Active directory, Configuration management etc.
  • Experience to support users by remote tool at remote locations
  • Experience with Active directory and Microsoft Configuration Manager
  • Ability to prioritize trouble tickets and consult with other departments to formulate resolutions.
  • Good communication skills in English and Swedish
  • Driving license
