We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Expert Recruiter, based in Iasi Location, Romania (Seating Division).

 

This is an excellent opportunity to work in an international and fast growing environment, reporting directly to HR Manager.

 

Required skills:

 

It’s a must to have at least minimum of 2 years experience in automotive field recruiting area.

A track record of success working in international automotive companies is ideal.

 

It goes without saying that you should have analytical skills, to be creative/ innovative, to have initiative, to be persistent and open to criticism and others' ideas.

Capacity of analysis, communication and organizational skills, strictness in achieving goals/ deadlines, synthesis and decision abilities.

 

Ideally, you’ll have an Economics or Psychology bachelor degree and knowledge of:

· English advanced level (both written and spoken)
· PC skills advanced , MS Office, PowerPoint high level
 

Responsibilities:

 

In responsible for managing the recruitment process for all Plant vacancies

In responsible to identified the suitable recruitment channels

Establish together with Hiring manager the profile for appropriate candidates

Manage job posting position using the local jobs boards and corporate tools

Responsible to identified the internal Plant talents

To be good at headhunting  and creating talent pipelines by doing the phone screening and managing the recruitment process end to end with Local HR

Develop and maintain a very good collaboration with local University and high Schools

Participate at local Job Fairs

Create and develop the corporate recruitment strategy and policies

Willing to develop a good collaboration with local authorities

Knowhow the social media recruitment channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)

To maintain hi/her expertise in innovative and best recruitment tools

Maintain professional network; attend career fairs, college universities and networking events as required.
