SENIOR SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER

KENANSVILLE, N.C.

 

As a member of the Quality team, the Supplier Quality Engineer will ensure that suppliers are meeting product specifications and in the case they are not, will be responsible for documenting accordingly, notify suppliers and follow up until closure with all the implications. All this by following applicable procedures.

 

The Role:

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Root cause analysis to determine if problem is related to supplier process or internal
  • Document and notify suppliers about out of specification conditions affecting our process
  • Follow up to any expense recovery generated y suppliers
  • Interact with internal teams to address concerns

Your Qualifications:

  • Experience in supplier quality engineering
  • Experience in quality systems

 

Bonus If You Have:

  • Six sigma knowledge or experience in statistical process capability.
  • Experience or certification as IATF internal auditor
  • Experience in Supplier Quality
