Our future senior Learning & Development Specialist will focus on delivering our Leadership & Organizational Development initiatives, reporting to the regional L&OD Manager.

He/She will support programs developing our people, assisting leaders with getting results the right way and providing L&D support to the Business.

 

Missions: (but may not be limited to)

  • Support Career development process and action plan translation
  • Design New Modules continuously as part of Masterclasses & Learning management system
  • Modules / Training facilitation across the plants
  • Design and deliver Train the Trainer sessions
  • Support the role out of the new corporate initiatives with Training & Communication
  • Develop a complete offer to the business, Training catalogue for soft skills and Development programs
  • Support with Outward Mindset Training in the region
  • Support Local HR Morocco for L&OD process deployment
  • Support the implementation of a communication around Employee Engagement Initiatives in the plant
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through surveys, and feedback.

 

To be successful in this role:

  • Education: Master’s degree in HR Management or Marketing & communication
  • At least 5 years experience in similar position
  • Ability to prioritize work
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in French & English
  • Ability to design and implement effective training and development, good command of the PowerPoint tool
  • Strong presentation skills & Public speaking abilities
  • Experience as a trainer is mandatory
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
