We are hiring for our Loire ( Roche la Molière ) Plant an HSE Leader reporting directly to the Plant Manager & to the Groupe HSE Manager ,who has to provide an efficient and effective Health, Safety and Environmental support service to Cergy site and continually promote a positive Health and Safety culture whilst complying with all applicable legal requirements, and Lear policies and Directives.


Your missions:

•Fulfills Lear’s EHS Policies & Procedures.

•Build a strong Team

•Review containment instructions for accuracy and protecting the customer

•Ensure a customer satisfaction and continuous communication at all levels

•Ensure In-plant validation of tooling & processes are in place for new processes and/or launches with the appropriate performance data in accurate and timely manner

•Prepare and maintain the EMS over to the new ISO14001 /18001

•Ensure green audits results in Quality, Health and safety

•Sustain the Safety Management system and Lear Directives.

•Prepare and review Risk assessments

•Ensure control of Contractors on site and Prevention plans submitted and maintained.


To be successful for this role:

•Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar position in automotive industry

•Experience with Lean manufacturing

•Good Communication skills (French & English)

•Solid knowledge in change management items

•Team management skills

•Ability to prioritize work
