We are searching for a new team member who will join our plant in  Novi Sad. We are operating in E-systems business and producing wiring harnesses for passenger vehicles and currently employing approximately 2500 employees. Financial Analyst

Your core responsibilities will be:

Profitability analysis by Program/customer/product. 

Analysis of content change impacts – proposal for improvement of profitability

Analysis and control of customer prices, retrospective charges/CNs

Cooperation with local and central Engineering, sales, commercial, Logistics, and other departments, Intercompany

Managing price monitoring: create a necessary reserve, follow-up on changes

Purchase price database creation and change management

Preparation of Quotes, PCR calculation, feasibility analysis

CTO tracking and analysis, the proposal for booking, rejections

Forecast / actual / Budget cost and price calculation for Controlling

APR for new projects, MYCs including Income statement preparation (cost, price, Capex,  start-up, labor time, LVA, freight & logistics cost) presentation for management if needed

Lifetime APR updates

Monitoring price differences, follow-up of open issue items with Commercial

Other controlling activities

 

Requirements:

University degree in Economics/Financial field
Fluent English
1 year of professional experience in production controlling
High Analytical skills, systematic work performance
High-level computer literacy (Excel)
Experience in working in integrated business management systems (MFG Pro / SAP / Hyperion)
