We are searching for new team member who will join our plant in  Novi Sad. We are operating in E-systems business and producing wiring harnesses for passenger vehicles and currently employing more than 2000 employees. Your main tasks will be:

 

• Involved in all activities of advanced product quality planning, including internal reviews and audits with project team and Customer

• Checks product specification to ensure product is aligned with all Customer requirements and all product characteristics ensured in Control plan

• Creates and updates Control plan

• Involved in PFMEA and supporting PFMEA team

• Participates in development and implementation of Poka Joke strategy

• Actively participates in meetings and activities related to start up of new projects/programs or changes on existing programs

• Participates in design changes and responsible for evidence of all changes in PCN tracking file

• Monitors “Run at Rate” activities and documentation

• Timely informs quality line inspectors about all relevant changes related to quality and product

• Preparation of PPAP documentation and collecting documentation for PSW for new projects

• Carries out APQP program audits to ensure alignment with all Lear quality rules and standards

 

Your profile:

 

• University degree, preferably in area of quality management or technical sciences

• Good knowledge of quality tools

• Good knowledge about PPAP and Control Plan

• Experience in same or similar role will be considered as an asset

• Intermediate level of English language

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• Proactive and team player
