Your tasks:

  • In this position, after full induction, you will take over material flow planning as part of the start-up planning of new projects.
  • With your expertise, you can optimize the material flow through the following process steps: Goods receipt, warehousing, supermarkets, internal transport, material preparation at the assembly point (workplace design).
  • With material flow planning, you play a key role in shaping the following goals:
  • Optimization of space, optimal use of personnel and the necessary selection of equipment (warehouse technology, industrial trucks (including automation)).
  • Your skills are also required for continuous process analysis and process development as well as for layout planning and implementation.
  • Together with logistics and packaging planning, you integrate our suppliers into a new supply chain concept at site level.
  • This is how you support the JIT factories in the start-up phase

 

Your qualification:

  • Technical or business degree or comparable training - ideally with a focus on logistics / material flow planning / work preparation.
  • You have initial professional experience in material flow planning, factory planning or warehouse organization. Ideally in the automotive supply industry.
  • You are familiar with the procedures for job evaluation (MTM, MOST, REFA).
  • Know-how in project management and the safe use of MS Office are a matter of course for you.
  • Business fluent language skills in English + German
  • Willingness to travel and team spirit complete your profile.
