FINANCIAL ANALYST
(PINE GROVE, PA – PLANT)

 

As a member of the finance team, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financials through collecting, monitoring and studying data in addition to recommending actions to take against discoverable data. Ensure accuracy and integrity of the general ledger that supports the financial statements.

 

The Role:

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Journal entry preparation, entry to ledger and month end close duties.
  • Internal audit requirements
  • Account Reconciliation Preparation
  • SOX Testing & Reconciliation Preparation
  • Daily and weekly production report outs
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Assist with yearly budgets
  • Assist with semi-annual physical inventories
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned

 

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelors’ degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows/Excel/Word – Excellent Excel skills
  • SAP experience preferred
  • 5+ years finance/accounting experience.
  • Must be able to communicate and work well with various departments.
  • High attention to details.
  • Some Cost Accounting knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to work independently at times and manage projects as assigned
  • SOX knowledge preferred
