We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Product Engineer, based in Pitesti, Romania (E-Systems Division). 

This is an excellent opportunity to work in an international and fast growing environment, reporting directly to Engineering Car Leader.

The duties will include but not limited to:

  • Makes / modify the industrial plan in 2D
  • Analyze the wiring functional plan
  • Communicate with Central Department (LU) to define the technical specifications required by the customer
  • Define and manage the associated wiring components list (BOM)
  • Participate in RFQ (Request For Quatation)
  • Receives requirements change sites as PCR (Product Change Request), FCM's (Fiche Cout Modification) DCRs (Design Change Request)
  • Offer technical changes to LU (DFM-Design Form Modification)
  • Perform feasibility investigation together with other departments (quality, logistics, industrial production)
  • Receives Waivers (Fiche Init / Release / Concern), modify Database (CAPH) and existing designs (Design) or create new families.

Required skills:

A track record of success working in international automotive companies is ideal. It’s a must to have at least minimum of  2 years experience in automotive field.

It goes without saying that you should have analytical skills, to be creative/ innovative, to have initiative, to be persistent and open to criticism and others' ideas.

Capacity of analysis, communication and organizational skills, strictness in achieving goals/ deadlines, synthesis and decision abilities.

Ideally you’ll have an Engineering bachelor degree and knowledge of:

  • English medium level (both written and spoken)
  • PC skills (MS Office, Cap H)
  • APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP(Production Part Approval Process), Process FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analyses), MSA(Measurement System Analysis), SPC (Statistic Process Control), Fishbone Diagram, 5 WHY
  • Experience on a job with similar responsibilities.
