Our future planning coordinator will analyze & prepare the production plan, manage and improve the production Planning & customer performance (spare part, serial , prototype), maintain 100% customer satisfaction.

Missions :

  • Manage the new running change with minimizing of the obsoletes & cost, Support plant to achieve forecasted efficiency
  • Reduce & Avoid PF under our company cost
  • Meet the monthly inventory FCST in line with budget
  • Ensure launches by meeting each project milestones.
  • Maintain 100% customer satisfaction. And  Keep 100% delivery performance and Super G Score. 
  • Maintain Planning stability, avoid fluctuations in the firm period without affecting customer delivery
  • Preparation production Plan & Adherence with agreed L-base
  • Keep a good communication line with the costumer
  • ensure customer demand analysis
  • Develop CI spirit & culture
  • Improve automatic balancing for MPS integration, and  support RM target
  • Meet the MRD date for all programs phases and  Support successful MY changes
  • Support  production teams with efficiency improvement with Good Planning

To be successful in this position :

  • Bac + 5
  • Min 3 years as production planer or planning coordinator in wiring industry.
  • Team management
  • Good communication in English
  • Analytical mind
  • Organized
  • Excel skills
