Specific Duties
- Conduct team meetings per schedule specific to: job awareness, training, company policy, customer requirements, health, safety and housekeeping
- Responsible for subordinate safety compliance and training; functions as role model relative to safety and environmental issues.
- Interface production schedule with capacity and manpower requirements resulting in variances favorable to standard.
- Optimize all input resources: human, equipment and materials
- Consistently abide by the employee handbook
- Complete associated employee documentation in a timely manner
- Coordinate processing, maintenance, Q.C., personnel, tooling and materials as they relate to optimization of production in a timely manner
- Provide daily department status report to the manufacturing manager
- Additional duties as required
