HR GBS (GLOBAL BUSINESS SERVICES): CONTENT MANAGEMENT, MARKETING/COMMMUNICATON & CHANGE ANALYST
JOB LOCATION (SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN –WORLD HEADQUARTERS)

 

As a member of the global HR GBS team, the Content Management, Marketing/Communication and Change Analyst will be responsible for the execution on global change management strategy to ensure employee adoption of HR GBS solutions as well as improving the efficiency, effectiveness and employee experience for the HR GBS end user. Provide communications and change management expertise and perspective to senior leadership and HR GBS region leads and develop global standards to ensure consistent communication across organization. Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Service Now content management and provide project management support for development and maintenance of Knowledge Base content. Standardize global marketing strategy and implementation plan.

 

The Role:

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  •  Content Management / Knowledge Base Management:
    • Define and maintain Knowledge Base Article standards for development of KBA content
    • Review new Knowledge Base materials to ensure content meets defined standards and adhere to content governance
    • Partner with regional HR GBS teams on development of articles based on updates in policy, procedure or changes as necessary
    • Coordinate with teams to ensure content sustainment model especially within the enabling technology resources
    • Support HR GBS teams and senior leadership with ServiceNow content management

 

  •  Global (+ USA lead) HR GBS Communications Oversite:
    • Develop and execute communications strategy and methodology for global HR GBS organization including approach for translation and global communication standards
    • Partner with Marketing to develop communication standards for HR GBS communications and marketing materials to ensure that all materials meet Lear and HR GBS branding guidelines
    • Provide support for senior leadership and HR GBS region teams in development of written materials
    • Review content developed by HR GBS team for clarity, message and adherence to communication standards
    • Partner with senior leadership to develop communications to global HR GBS team related to new initiatives and projects
    • Create written communications for translation for HR GBS teams to end user audience

 

  •  Global (+ USA lead) HR GBS Change Management Oversite
    • Develop and execute global change management strategy and methodology for global HR GBS organization
    • Serve as voice to senior leadership from change management perspective on HR GBS in terms of projects, announcements and initiatives
    • Assess change impact of new projects and initiatives using by conducting analysis and assessing change readiness
    • Create global change management plan and roadmap for new projects and initiatives in partnership with regional change management resources to realize successful adoption of HR GBS solutions
    • Partner with Process and Technology Lead to ensure that improvements / changes in process are executed for high adoption and minimal resistance to change
    • Measure progress and track issues / risks within change management continually improve on change management strategy

  • Strong writing skills
  • Ability to analyze processes and develop plans for improvement
  • Ability to manage multiple projects / activities / stakeholders at any time
  • Ability to develop strategy, approach and methodology and execute on plans
  • Strong project management skillset
  • Extremely organized and attention to detail
  • 1-2 years change management / communication experience
  • Experience developing communication in adherence to branding standards / guidelines
  • Experience working across teams to execute on change management strategy
  • Systems orientation
  • PMO (Project Management Office) experience
