  • Calculate and manage raw material budget/forecast financials for global Leather Division Operations.
  • Gather global data and compile into regional data.
  • Manage the global loading reporting and distribution.
  • Analyze global loading versus plan loading goals/costs and provide real time recovery proposals.
  • Identify/manage global supplier capacity constraints. Create and implement contingency plans.
  • Manage advanced sourcing, aligning raw material targets for long range planning.
  • Manage the activities associated with the launch of new supply.
  • Develop/track/report out to the progress of trials globally to meet sourcing objectives.
  • Create workflows/timelines for concept through execution of supply.
  • Record/report the status of profit improvement projects as it relates to raw material sourcing and substitutions.

Principal Challenges:

  • Interface with multiple departments to report status of projects.
  • Report outs for each targeted price improvement plan/status.
  • Tracking progress of supply approvals and timing by program.

Results Expected:

  • Clear communications and report outs to staff and senior management of the status of cost savings initiatives for global raw material supply.
  • Establish and maintain communications with global cross functional team, identifying target raw material by program.
  • Convert complex information into clear, concise reports.


  • BS/BA or equivalent experience
  • +5 years work experience


  • Microsoft Excel: Data analysis, modeling/simulations

Bonus If You Have:

  • Leather experience
  • Speak Spanish, Portuguese
  • Previous Finance, Accounting, or Materials experience
