PRODUCT ENGINEER II
SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN – LEAR CAMPUS/WORLD HEADQUARTERS

As a member of the Ford JIT team, the Product Engineer II will be responsible for complete seat engineering

The Role:

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

•  Southfield seat complete product engineer for Ford programs
•  Support engineering change management
• Ensure seats meet design for manufacturing & assembly guidelines
• Coordinate preproduction seat builds with the plant
• Support weekly customer meetings

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or equivalent discipline)
• Self-starter & team player who works well with others & has a positive attitude
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient verbal and written communications skills

Bonus If You Have:

• Automotive Experience
• Seat design experience
