We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Lead Prep Manager based in Torreon, Coahuila (E-Systems Division). 


As Lead Prep Manager you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Operations Manager.


Your Task will be

  • Manage and coordinate manufacturing functions efficiently and effectively, ensuring that quality, safety and cost are maintained at optimal levels.
  • Manage material, capital, and human resources, ensuring their use at the maximum established capacity.
  • Ensure the correct execution and fulfillment of the production plans in time and quality maintaining the effective cost of the operation. 


To be Successful in this rule you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree on industrial Engineering or any related field.
  • 5 Years on similar positions within the automotive industry of wiring harnesses.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent English level.
