An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Regional HR and European Recruitment Organization. Based primarily out of our Tychy Manufacturing Plant in Poland and reporting directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition for Europe and Africa, the mission of the TAM will be to drive Lear’s Business Goals across Eastern Europe by ensuring Lear hires the best talent in the region. 
Working collaboratively with Local HR Teams, the TAM will oversee Leadership Level hiring for 9 countries in the region in addition to strategically driving volume hiring campaigns. The TAM will ensure Lear best hiring practice is followed as well as acting as the key interface between operational hiring teams and regional stakeholders. 



As TAM for Eastern Europe your duties may include (but not be limited to):

  • Becoming “The Face of Recruitment” for the region establishing key relationships with Business and HR leaders
  • Reporting on market trends and hiring performance vs business forecast 
  • Working with country HR teams to operationally drive hiring for hard to fill positions  
  • Driving the concept of Diversity in hiring through innovative and targeted marketing campaigns 
  • Working with Director of Talent Acquisition to develop solutions to hire the best talent on the market



To be a success in this role you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience working experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle for salaried vacancies 
  • A preference for 2 years’ experience working in a leadership position managing teams of recruiters 
  • Ability to work under pressure to deliver hiring solutions 
  • Strong Organizational skills with a proven record in being able to plan, present and track project activities. 
  • Excellent communication skills with a fluency in English and Polish language plus one of Czech, Slovak, Hungarian or Romanian would be advantageous
