Position Overview


The main purpose of the role of Engineering Quality Assurance is to implement tools and follow activities to assure that Quality on design is supported and tracked and to reinforce the Quality mindset as a core value during development.

Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to)


  • Internal audits on Engineering departments. Reinforce IATF compliance.
  • Quality metrics compilation and reporting (JIRA and LQTS)
  • Follow up status Engineering Quality issues
  • Periodical follow up of open quality tasks on programs
  • Implement integrated Quality Tracking System in JIRA and Scorecards
  • Follow up Customer Specific Requirements


To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering Discipline (Electronics, Industrial,…)
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Knowledge on Problem Solving methodologies and Quality tools: 8D, Fishbone, 5Why, DFMEA
  • Good technical level in automotive
  • Good knowledge on metrics management, scorecards, KPIs
  • JIRA and Sharepoint programming
  • Procedure oriented. IATF knowledge.
