Job description


We are looking for high-skilled External Quality & Product Analyst Engineer eager to work in a global automotive technology leader. A large automotive multinational company, based in the Electronics campus in Valls, (Tarragona, Spain).

Passionate about Quality and industrial automotive engineering and interested in electronics and new technologies.


We seek a responsible for our customer satisfaction, assuring quality and efficiency action plans process, and looking for continuous improvement in a high growth environment.

Key Outcome:


-Overall Customer quality goals accomplishment. Focus on product and service satisfaction
-Manage customer complaints.  Analysis and coordination of potential containment activities.  Effective on both, problem solutions and communication according Customer requirements & Lear standards.
-Develop strategies and execution of customer satisfaction continuous improvement.
-Support customers and lead taskforces for critical issues.
-Electronic product analysis ensuring an efficient analysis of the parts returned by Customer. Generate the procedures needed to analyze the rejections covering the customer requirements and Lear standards.

Job Requirements

-University degree with electrical, electronics and telecommunications background.
-Experience on analyzing electronic products focus on customer.
-Quality tools knowledge (8D, SPC, MSA, Control Plan, FMEA, Ishikawa diagram...).
-Written and spoked fluent English. Other languages will be evaluated.
-Excellent communications skills. Proactive and self motivated.
