Job description

Working for a large automotive multinational company and based in the Electronics campus in Valls (Tarragona, Spain). We are looking for a high-skilled Quality Systems & Audit coordinator to work in a global automotive technology leader.

 

As a Quality Systems Engineer,  you will be responsible to maintain Lear Quality Management System, assuring Lear, Customer and Automotive Standards and looking for continuous improvement in a high growth environment

 

Key Outcome:

 

-To create and maintain Audit plan for System, Process, Product and LPA audits, based on Lear or Customer standards (LPOF, VDA, LPA, ASPICE, IATF, UCA).
-Perform Internal Audits, coordinate potential activities to implement effective action plans to improve our Quality System.
-Keep updated Lear Quality System Management with the last updates on standards (AIAG) and Specific Customer requirements. 
-Improve and create synergies between different departments: production, manufacturing engineering, logistic, quality. Moderator active role with other departments to detect and identify systemic issues and implement systemic actions trough strong action plans .
-Monitoring and detect improvements of Calibration System.
-To migrate to e-Quality System
 

Job Requirements

 

-University degree or similar. Quality Master will be considered. 
-Accreditation certified IATF & VDA 6.3 Auditor will be considered
-Experience with Quality System Management and performing audits.
-Quality tools knowledge (SPC, MSA, Control Plan, FMEA, Ishikawa diagram...)
-Fluent english skills are mandatory, another language will be evaluated.
-Excellent communications skills, emphatic person, team player, proactive and self motivated, innovative thinker and moderator skills.
