Job Description:

This position is responsible to lead Hardware (HW) and System (SYS) test activities for the development of Lear’s global Configure+ development.  The position reports to the Convergence Principal Engineer and will work closely with other LEAR divisions (seating & connection system), including USA, India & France, and contact other 3rd parties as suppliers.  The position will be located at Lear’s offices in Valls, Spain. Punctual travels could be required.

Responsibilities:

• Hardware & System test responsible will be responsible for:
• System test responsible (definition, execution and support other sites)
• Demonstrator responsible (ESYS portion, global)
• HW test responsible (definition and execution)
• Communication with other divisions sites (France/India/USA)
• Management of requirements (ECU, loads & harnesses)

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree (electronics, Computer Science, Telecommunications...)
• 5+ experience in the automotive market
• Experience in Hardware Development
• Experience in Hardware or System Validation
• Good knowledge of Phyton. Other programming languages are valued
• High level English
• A player
• Good communication skills
