The Role:

As a member of the Manufacturing Operations team, the Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Site Manager and staff as needed daily, including managing and distributing information as needed.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Manage and maintain travel arrangements, schedules, and provide general support to Company Executives.
  • Prepare agendas and arrangements for meetings, events, and special projects.
  • Prepare reports and memos as needed.
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondences.
  • Make travel arrangements as necessary for other Company visitors, employees, and special guests.
  • Manage, order and stock general office.
  • Enter various records into a database for tracking.
  • Provide administrative support for employee engagement, training, and other general programs.

Your Qualifications:

  • 2 -4 years of experience in related field; administration technician or similar.
  • Must exhibit professionalism and an ability to interact with senior management and various departments throughout the company, excellent teamwork skills
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and be very detail oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and work diligently in a fast-paced environment
  • High degree of tact, diplomacy, and discretion required
  • Flexibility to work long hours when needed
  • Strong computer skills are a requirement; must have previous experience with all Microsoft Office programs
  • Sensitivity to confidential matters is required
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • English language skills required
