Millwright (Straight Midnights, $38.75/hour)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Industrial Millwright to work in a high-performance self-directed work team environment. This role requires an outgoing, versatile and energetic individual who has a keen sense for quality and urgency. This position will be on a straight midnight shift starting on or about July 11, 2022.  For the first few weeks of training you will be working on the day shift.


Reporting to Maintenance Supervisor, the Industrial Millwright will assist in troubleshooting and maintaining all plant equipment in our brand new facility.


The hourly pay rate is $38.75.



  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair breakdowns, root cause analysis, implement permanent fixes
  • Install, maintain and program Atlas Copco DC electric torque tools
  • Assists with the installation of plant equipment
  • Provide detailed information regarding any required parts or tools that may be required
  • Responsible for the daily, weekly, monthly, bi-annual, and annual preventative maintenance activities on all plant equipment
  • Ability to fabricate parts and assemblies from blueprints or scratch
  • Other duties that may be assigned


  • Ticketed Industrial Millwright (433A)
  • 2 to 3+ years’ experience as an Industrial Millwright
  • High school diploma
  • Knowledge of conveyor systems and power transmission
  • Skilled with mills, lathes, grinder and welding
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to read, interpret and update blueprints
  • In the habit of working in a busy and complex environment, staying calm under pressure
  • Excellent command of the English language, verbal and written
  • Must be available to work rotating shifts between days and afternoons plus daily and weekend overtime
  • Previous experience in a JIT work environment preferred
