Position Overview

Eagle Ottawa - Lear Corporation is looking for a Sales Project Manager that will support and assist in commercial related matters and customer relationship development for our OEM customers. This position offers potential opportunity to further grow within the team.

This person will be responsible to support the existing business portfolio and grow future sales (incl. profitability through customer management and business negotiations).

 

Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to)

  • Support of current and new Business / Development
  • Customer pricing management
  • Establish advanced engagements with customers and track potential opportunities
  • Improve profitability by suggesting and realizing new improvements
  • Take ownership of the program’s financial aspects
  • Communicate progress to OEMs / Ship-Tos and support them
  • Maintain financial reporting for all programs in Lear’s internal system
  • Manage serial pricing on timely manner to avoid any discrepancies

 

 

 

To be a success in this role you must have:

 

  • Universal degree in a commercial and/or technical discipline
  • Proven ability to develop new business opportunities
  • Fluency in German and English is a requirement for the role
  • Strong customer relationships/network abilities, ideally at OEM level
  • Ability to build strong sales strategies
  • Motivated to grow within the Team
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
