IT Specialist

On His/Her role

  • Manage and Maintain local developed applications.
  • Analysis and development of small specific applications
  • Be involved on projects activities on IT related parts, to collect needs to be share with suppliers or Corporate Teams.

 

As Backup and part of support Team:

  • Support Users on SW & HW on support request: 1st level support- Troubleshooting- Find workaround-  Office 365 -T&A and access control systems- PC (Desk/Lap).
  • Manage local hardware with setup, maintenance/updates and logistics (PCs, Printers, T&A, Telecom & Mobile devices) .

Duties:

  • Excellent knowledge of Office365, Windows OS, MS could services (OneDrive 4 Business, Sharepoint Online)
  • Good knowledge on Power Platforms (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Deep knowledge database MS-SQL Server
  • Skills on Program languages (preferred):
    • Microsoft .NET technology
    • Microsoft C#
    • Microsoft SQL for stored procedure
    • Microsoft PowerShell
    • Microsoft VBA Office
    • Microsoft VBS
    • Java
  • Experience on Users Support (L1/L2)
  • Knowledge of Ios and Android and related devices setup.

Working experience: at least 5 years spent in IT (automotive sector is a plus)

Proactivity and Flexibility

Collaboration and ability to work in team and in a highly dynamic environment.

Excellent Italian speaking

Fluent in English, both written and speaking

Educational Qualification

  • Degree, as preference on Computer Science

 

Plus

  • Good knowledge of PC Hardware troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of operative system Windows Server 20xx
  • Knowledge switching on LAN infrastructure and Cisco equipment
  • Knowledge infrastructure VmWare management
  • Worked and similar experience in regulated environments.
  • Ticketing system use (e.g.: IVANTI, Remedy salesforce, etc)
