We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Process Engineer based in Apodaca Plant, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. (E-Systems Division).
As Process engineer you will provide process engineering solutions in the manufacturing of electronic systems and components, including the guide and instruction specification for product inspection, process and testing, as well as ensuring correct operation of all the operations equipment.
Your Tasks will be:
- Provide support to Car Leaders in new product launches, production line design and processes.
- Review features and specifications to determine construction and operational details, taking into account factors such as manufacturing feasibility, parts interchangeability, ergonomic conditions, inspection and maintenance.
- Investigate and solve manufacturing problems associated with the assembly and process of electronic products.
- Implementation and monitoring for corrective actions of engineering processes in production lines.
- Realization, review, and monitoring of requisitions in the system.
- Development of methods, tools and use of equipment to increase production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Responsible for the creation and updating of the PFMEA in conjunction with the entire multifunctional group of Maintenance, Quality, Shipping, etc.
- KPIS review.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Bachelor´s degree in Mechatronic / Electronic Engineering or related.
- Knowledge in Core Tools, FMEA, WI, VA.
- GM and FORD process knowledge.
- Knowledge in Conforma Coating Application Processes, panelization and fuse Insertion.
- Minitab knowledge desirable.
- 3 Years of experience in the field.
- Intermediate English level.
