We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as MCAD Designer, based in  Cd Juarez, Chihuahua  (E-Systems Division). 

As Design Release Engineer you will have the opportunity to work on the in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Engineering Tools & Process Regional Manager.

Your Task will be

• Route wiring using Catia Routing Electrical tools
• Address and resolve packaging issues related to wiring
• Participate in customer meeting related to wiring
• Work in the customer’s PLM following OEM rules and requirements
• Release designs following Customer requirements and standards
• Merge MCAD data with ECAD data
• Troubleshoot and solve discrepancies between MCAD and ECAD
• hare knowledge of tools and processes, train less experienced designers
• Create space claim models for provisional components, throughs, grommets etc
• Create presentations using PowerPoint or Excel
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Education: Engineering Degree
• 5 or more years’ experience in automotive industry
• English Proficient
• 5 or more years’ experience in Automotive Industry
• Experience with Catia software
• Customer specifications, Design software tools by OEM, 3D Mechanical model reading and Electrical schematics understanding.
