Job Title: Maintenance Manager.
Job Location: TRIM Central Offices | Cd. Juarez, Chihuahua.
MISSION: Homologation, Standardization, Creation and Implementation of Maintenance Plans for Processes, equipment, and buildings, which ensure the correct maintenance of Assets and Actives. (Preventive, Corrective and Predictive). Develops, innovative and word class machinery/equipment and systems for the MTO division for its cut & sew processes.
YOUR TASKS WILL BE:
- To prepare estimation for budget to need in preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance at plants MTO.
- Homologation, Standardization, Creation and Implementation of Maintenance Plans for Processes, equipment, and buildings, which ensure the correct maintenance of Assets and Actives. (Preventive, Corrective and Predictive).
- Support transfer of programs to the southern region to reach full capacity (Juarez de-densification).
- Improve and installation, planning and execution of equipment integration, PS910 to improve installation times, based on our matrix development.
- Promote and optimize the integration of CMMS to the equipments all MTO plants.
- Improve our teamwork in our culture and implementation or Operative Model.
- Develop and implements, Innovation initiative, to attack: Safety, Quality, Performance, and labor at MTO plants.
- Manage the standard forms to develop the implementations at all plants MTO plants.
- Create a functional structure to performance the output of the shop areas introducing Work order at shop areas.
- Implement Operational Model, align all MTO plants to achieve standardization of the department systems and best practices in the division.
- Management, structuring, and execution of departmental KPI'S and KAI’S (UP-TIME, MTTR, MTBF, PM, EHS, MASS and ETH requirements).
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanical or related field.
- 5+ years as Maintenance Manager.
- Automotive experience preferable.
- Multi-Site roles is a plus.
- Capex.
- Quality Systems, ISO55000, EHS, NOM-019-STPS.
- Lean Manufacturing, CTPAT/OEA.
- Innovation and automation.
- Fully Bilingual, English and Spanish.
