Job Title: Quality Engineer. 
Exhibition with customers in the automotive industry.

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Quality Engineer, based in Nova Plant, Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico (E-Systems Division). 
As Quality engineer will have an excellent opportunity to ensure customer response for notifications of quality issues or any required support reporting directly to a Quality Coordinator.
 

Your Task will be:
•    Provide responses to customers regarding reported quality complaints.

•    Main point of contact with clients for specific requirements.
•    Coordinate the multidisciplinary team to resolve quality problems using the different existing methodologies: 8Ds, Ishikawa Diagrams, DDW.
•    Monitoring the status of concerns reported by customers until ensuring their closure.

•    Constantly check client systems to ensure that all reported issues have been addressed.
•    Coordinate defect analysis and customer response meetings.
•    Use the LQTS system database to perform customer complaint analysis.

•    Generate quality performance reports based on customer metrics and scorecards.
•    Understands and ensures compliance of the process and product according to customer specifications.
 

To be successful in this role you will need:
•    Education: Industrial Engineer or any other related filed.

•    At least 1 year of experience in automotive harness manufacturing.
•    Proficient English.
•    Capacity of analysis, leadership, communication and organizational skills, troubleshooting, 8D knowledge, Quality systems.

•    Specific customer requirement: FORD preferably.
