Job Title: Advanced Procurement Analyst

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Advanced Procurement Analyst, based in Torreon, Coahuila (E-Systems Division). 

As Advanced Procurement Analyst will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Advanced Procurement Coordinator

Your tasks will be:

• Monitoring shipments of raw materials from suppliers.
• Printing a list of critics and expediting with suppliers to ensure availability of material in the plant.
• Analysis of excess inventory to detect supplier overshipments and negotiate returns or stop future shipments.
• Monitoring inventory value and actions to adhere to forecast.
• Monitoring inventory discrepancies.
• Track rejected material (Hold area).
• Analyzes and follows up on the Excess and Obsolete report.
• Review and confirm purchase orders according to budget.

To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have

• Education: Bachelor’s degree on industrial engineering business management or any related field
• 1 year as minimum on similar positions within the automotive industry.
• Problem solving skills.
• Leadership.
• Proficient at communication skills.
• English Intermediate-Advanced level (70% minimum)
