We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Quality Engineer, based in Torreon, Coahuila. (E-Systems Division). 

As Quality Engineer will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Quality Manager.

  

Your tasks will be:

  • Respond to customers in relation to reported quality complaints.
  • Main point of contact with clients for specific requirements.
  • Monitoring the status of concerns reported by customers until they are closed.
  • Coordinate defect analysis and customer response meetings.
  • Coordinate the multidisciplinary team for the resolution of quality problems through the different methodologies.
  • Generate quality performance reports based on customer metrics and scorecards.

To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree industrial engineering or any related field
  • 1 Year on similar positions within the automotive industry of wiring harnesses.
  • Experience with Ford portal.
  • Core Tools.
  • Ms-Office.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • English advanced level (Bilingual)
