Job Title: Methods Engineer. 
Professional Development and Supplier Management 
Lear Corporation- Santa Barbara, Honduras, Naco Plant (Presential)

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Methods Engineer, based in Quimistan, Santa Barbara, Honduras (E-Systems Division). 
As Methods Engineer will have the opportunity to implement the Engineering Manual in the launch of new products or Engineering Changes, managing to maintain production processes without defects.
 

Your Task will be:
•    Engineering change Impact analysis and Implementation.

•    Relationships and follow-ups with Tooling suppliers.
•    Troubleshooting engineering-related issues.
•    Provide engineering samples and support prototype and pilot runs.

 

To be successful in this role you will need:
•    Education: Industrial, Mechanic, Electric and Mechatronics Engineer.

•    At least 1 year of experience preferably in the automotive industry (not essential).
•    Proficient with Microsoft Office.
•    Intermediate English.

•    AutoCAD basic. 
•    You should have great analytical skills, to be creative/ innovative, to have initiative, problem solving skills.
•    Capacity of analysis, communication, and organizational skills.

•    Time availability for OT.
