Nosotros podemos ofrecerte una gran oportunidad de trabajo como Ingeniero de Metodos, localizado en Planta Santa Elena, Quimistan, Honduras (División E-Systems).
Como Ingeniero de Métodos tendrá la oportunidad de implementar el Manual de Ingeniería en el lanzamiento de nuevos productos o cambios de Ingeniería, logrando mantener los procesos de producción sin defectos.

Sus tareas serán:

•    Seguimiento de acciones correctivas de calidad.
•    Garantizar una implementación rigurosa dentro del proceso de planificación.
•    Análisis e implementación del impacto del cambio de ingeniería.

•    Proporcionar muestras de ingeniería y soportar prototipos y pruebas piloto.
•    Identificar los procesos que se pueden mejorar.

Para tener éxito en este rol, necesitará:

•    Educación: Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.
•    Al menos 1 año de experiencia preferiblemente en la industria automotriz (no indispensable).
•    Competente con Microsoft Office.

•    AutoCAD (no indispensable).
•    Inglés básico.
•    Debes tener grandes habilidades analíticas, ser creativo/innovador, tener iniciativa, ser persistente y abierto a las críticas y las ideas de los demás.

•    Capacidad de análisis, liderazgo, comunicación y capacidad organizativa.
