Plant Manager

Position: Plant Manager

Location: Reynosa, Tamaulipas

Mission: Leads Reynosa TCS Operations into a culture of Operational Excellence that delivers exceptional Customer Service through Quality products and Customer focus, Operational Stability, Financial results and a stable and engaged workforce in a manner aligned with the Lear Leadership Model and the TWW model journey.

Your Tasks will be

- Safety – LTA’s.

- Maintain 100% adherence to all protocols, legislation and EHS directives.

- People Involvement "Healthy Employee" initiative.

- Turnover rate DL, Absenteeism rate DL, Work environment survey (engagement).

- Achieve Certification on TWW, Levels 1 & 2.

- Plant PPM's, Customer PPM's, External Sort, LPOF audit, Layered Audits (LPA's).

- Work Element Assessments.                  

- Quality System IATF-16949: 2016 e ISO-14001.

- Lead Meetings with all staff and provide guidance to solve issues.

- Forecast, Budget, Sales, OI.

- Comply with LEAR policies and procedures.

- Responsible for Customer Satisfaction.

- Coaching conversations and Talent Review Process.

- Productivity, Delivery, Capex.

- Inventory Accuracy.

- New Launches SOP program adherence.

- Kaizen as a Culture of Operational Excellence once/ month.

- Improve Visual Mgmt. at Both facilities Q2.

- Sustainability projects for Utilities.

Skills Sets

- Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field.

- At least 5 years of experience as Plant Manager.

- Automotive experience.

- Full P&L responsibility.

- IATF 16949.

- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.

- Quality Systems QS-9000, IATF-16949, VDA 6.3.

- APICS Certification preferable.

- Leadership and good communications skills.

- Decision making, negotiation, strategic planning.

- English advanced.
