Job Title: Process Engineer. 
 
Lear Corporation- Santa Barbara, Honduras, Naco Plant (Presential)

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Process Engineer, based in Naco Plant, Quimistan, Santa Barbara, Honduras (E-Systems Division). 
As Process  Engineer you will have an excellent opportunity to Analyze, implement and validate existing and future production areas (Cutting and processes), through technical mastery.

 

Your Task will be:.

  • Coordinate planning, organization and control within assigned area of ​​responsibility (Cutting or Macro).
  • Use knowledge of product design, materials, parts and manufacturing processes; for area design.
  • Possess knowledge of production tools and production equipment capabilities; for the preparation of load studies.
  • Quotation and purchase of plant equipment and tooling
  • Establish contacts with all levels of internal staff (quality, maintenance, manufacturing), in order to collect and evaluate information to analyze problems, then to communicate and implement any changes that may be required.
  • Develop and modernize existing plant equipment; design layouts in different areas to maintain continuous improvement in efficiency, balancing stations within the line (using time study).
  • Manufacturing feasibility analysis and PFMEA on new products

 

To be successful in this role you will need:
•    Education: Industrial Engineering or any other related.

 •    Proficient with Microsoft Office.
•    English Intermediate.
