Quality Engineer Customer Care

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Quality Engineer Customer Care, based in Santa Elena Plant, Quimistan, Santa Barbara, Honduras (E-Systems Division). 

 

As Quality Engineer Customer Care will have an excellent opportunity to Coordinate a multifunctional team to implement containment actions, root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality problems reporting directly to a Quality Coordinator.

 

Your Task will be:

 

  • Ensure compliance with 24-hour responses for quality issues.

  • Coordinate multifunctional team to identify root causes and corrective actions for issues reported by clients.

  • Document 8Ds analysis for customer issues according to required time.

  • Coordinate quality walks with multifunctional teams to audit corrective actions in manufacturing areas.

  • Ensure client systems are updated for quality issues.


To be successful in this role you will need: 

 

  • Industrial Engineering or any other related.

  • At least 1 year of experience in Quality area.

  • 1-2 years’ experience in automotive industry desirable.

  • Microsoft Office -Intermediate

  • English advanced level (Bilingual).

  • Solving problems skills

  • Capacity of analysis, communication and organizational skills, strictness in achieving goals/ deadlines, and decision abilities. #LI-DNI
