We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Continuous Improvement Engineer based in Apodaca Plant, Apodaca, NL. (E-Systems Division).

As Continuous Improvement Engineer you will be responsible for Coordinate, execute and promote activities related to continuous improvement programs in all company processes, with the objective of achieving and maintaining productivity and efficiency results.

Your Tasks will be:

• Manage continuous improvement programs and implementations in all areas of the plant.
• Effectively lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals and objectives.
• Provide support for the improvement plan compliance.
• Coordination and monitoring of continuous improvement projects with responsible personnel.
• Participate in Interplant audits as auditor and/or lead auditor.
• Monitoring the Kaizen Culture & CI Scorecards monthly. 
• Provide Lean Manufacturing trainings.
• Provide training to Green Belts. 

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Education: Industrial, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or any related field. 
• 3+ years of experience in CI Automotive Areas.
• Lean Tools, Six Sigma and Problem-solving knowledge.
• Green / Black Belt desirable.
• Intermediate English level.
