Facilities Coordinator
 

Lear Corporation- Nuevo Leon, Mexico Apodaca Plant

 

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Facilities Coordinator based in Apodaca Plant, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. (E-Systems Division).
 

As Facilities Coordinator you will provide maintenance of the building in good condition, implementing improvement ideas, supervising activities and planning facility operations as well as planning and implementing preventive maintenance and facility repairs.

 

 Your Tasks will be:
•    Plant facilities manager.
•    Management of personnel in the different shifts of the plant.
•    In charge of coordinating equipment maintenance.
•    Maintaining plant cleanliness.
•    Coordinate weekly maintenance at the plant.
•    Assign tasks for maintenance plans.
•    Ensure that the necessary material is available to cover maintenance tasks.
•    Plan substation maintenance on an annual, weekly, bi-monthly basis as determined at the plant.
•    Control of electricity and water consumption.

 

To be successful in this role you will need:
•    Bachelor´s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Robotics, Electricity or related.
•    Experience in Kaiser air compressors, nitrogen generators, smoke extractors, air conditioner units.
•    Knowledge of the ISD standard for the electronics industry.
•    5 Years of experience in the field.
•    Personnel management.
•    Knowledge of working at heights, medium and low voltage electrical substations.
•    Proficient English level.
