Job based in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon. Apodaca Plant. E-Systems division.

As Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for collaborate in the implementation of systems that ensure the correct operation of production equipment and facilities, supervising that the assigned tasks are carried out with adequate safety and in the correct way.

YOUR TASK WILL BE: 

• Responsible for coordinating corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Implement lean manufacturing systems in your areas (5's, tune-ups, quick changeovers, etc.)
• Implement work plans with priorities and systems for monitoring progress.
• Maintain integrity of machinery and equipment, report temporary solutions, and document changes.
• Establish and follow up on TPM activities.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

• Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronic engineering or similar.
• 2 years of experience in supervisor position
• Experience in the electronics industry 
• SMT/ BACKEND Knowledge desirable 
• Microsoft office
• Intermediate English Level.
