We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Manufacturing Supervisor, based in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon (E-Systems Division). 

As Manufacturing Supervisor you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Manufacturing Manager.

Your Task will be

• Monitor production and meet daily safety goals for quality, production, scrap, absenteeism,
• Verify that the necessary material for production is always available
• Comply with the production program
• Prepare the daily production report.
• Manage the personnel under your charge
• Monitor downtime and make the respective report.
• Support the line personnel in problem solving.
• Comply with the waste reduction program (scrap)
• Monitor and follow up on the 5s actions required to maintain a good level on your lines
• Ensure the execution of the shift change format and line starts.

To be Successful in this rule you will need:

• Bachelor's/Engineering degree preferred, industrial engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience preferably in the automotive industry (required)
• English proficient
• Analysis skills, communication, decision abilities, problem solving skills.
• Experience in personnel management
• Previous experience in the automotive SMT industry (required).
• Experience in assembly lines.
• Problem-solving tools
• Rotating Shift Availability
• Excel advancing
