Maintenance and Engineering Manager Job based in Bermudez Plant Leather Division

As a Maintenance and Engineering Manager, you will be responsible to the Operations Manager or plant for meeting production programs, managing the human and material resources it has, complying with the standards of previously determined quality and costs.

YOUR TASK WILL BE

01) Ensures compliance with company Policies.                                                    

02) Ensure compliance with the plant's production programs in accordance with standard of pre-determined costs.                                                                                     

03) Ensures compliance with the predetermined quality levels in the month's forecast. 

04) Ensures optimal use of human resources in the production area through proper balancing of production lines.                          

05) He is responsible for the design of the most efficient and optimal work methods, use of equipment

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED

Industrial or electromechanical engineering finished.

3-5 experience in similar position.

Desirable experience in leather cutting process and sewing.

Advanced conversational English.
