Credit Control Specialist

Accounts Receivable Processor role is based in Lear Global Business Services Europe located in Brno, Czech Republic. This branch is supporting European Lear plants and covers internal Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing with focus on process standardization and highest quality service to all supported entities.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Process customer received payments on behalf of other Lear locations
  • Monitor overdue accounts and perform cash-collection activities
  • Book customers’ credit/debit notes
  • Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports
  • Build and maintain efficient working relationship with other SSC teams, Lear entities and customers
  • Deal with intercompany transactions and reconciliations
  • Align to procedures to assure SOX compliance
  • Support internal and external auditors to meet audit requirements
  • Ad-hoc tasks and related administration



  • Degree in business administration /accounting/ finance preferred
  • A good understanding of the Order to Cash processes is preferred
  • Experience in shared services is an advantage
  • Good understanding of written and spoken English (corporate language and process related documentation) is essential. German is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, be a self-starter and work with deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and organization skills and be results oriented with a proven track
  • User level PC skills (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel)
  • ERP system knowledge and understanding (SAP is an advantage)
  • Solid technical skills and logical / analytical thinking
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Flexibility and stress resistance
  • Team player
