Key tasks:

- Take care, in compliance with current regulations and laws, of the management of labor relations with employees, ensuring proper management of labor relations with internal and external representatives.

- Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of employees on staffing contracts.

- Take care of relations with external entities such as Labor Inspectorate, social security, mutual, insurance and accident institutions, Public Order Authorities, relevant Industrial Association.

- Ensure the supervision of administrative activities by relating appropriately with the payroll service provider.

- Contribute to the dissemination of knowledge of the regulations provided by SOX and the IATF, aimed at compliance with them particularly with reference to the customer specific requirement.

- Contribute to compliance with labor, hygiene and environmental safety regulations in harmony with the laws governing the subject and in cooperation with the Environment and Safety Authority.

- Ensure compliance with national collective bargaining agreements.

- Acting as a focal point for HR Service Center.

- Ensure proper management of labor relations with internal and external representatives.

- Support meeting sessions with RSUs and manage bargaining issues in the company.

- Define, in agreement with the plant RSU, the performance bonus in compliance with the indications received from finance and according to the KPIs defined by the collective agreement.

- Ensure, in close liaison with the Plant Manager and HR Director, based on company programs and strategies, the planning and management of plant human resources from both a qualitative and quantitative point of view.

- Define together with the Plant Manager to the HR Director the objectives and indicators of the human resources function by systematically monitoring its progress.

- Define with the hiring manager the characteristics of the profile sought and transmit it to the recruiter belonging to the European HR team, monitoring the entry of the request in the system and the related approval process.

- Conduct interviews to candidates in support of the hiring manager at the short list stage.

- Verify the conduct of Coaching conversation and their transmission so that they converge in the training plans.

- Support the drafting of the training needs plan by involving other entities, also in accordance with current labor regulations and the Corporate mandated regulations.

- Manage people satisfaction and oversee the conduct of internal climate analysis by developing and implementing related action plans and raising awareness about the impacts of their work.- Manage the internal communication process, using the most appropriate communication channel with respect to the target audience (email, intranet, bulletin boards, conference calls, etc.).

- Contribute with finance to personnel budgeting and related cost reviews. - Prepare analysis related to personnel costs (fte/hc analysis, vacation accrual, restructuring plans).

 

Key requirements:

-HR related University degree – Master in HR would be a plus

-Fluency in English and Italian

-Experience in Leading HR departments in manufacturing sites (automotive would be beneficial)

-Experience working in international environment (US may be a plus)
