We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work in our newly created area as Accounts Payable Supervisor – Customs operations based in Juarez.

Reporting directly to the Customs Compliance Sr. Manager you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment.

Your main responsibilities will be to oversee the payment processing of customs broker invoices and import duty payments for goods entering the United States. This role ensures the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of accounts payable operations related to customs transactions while leading and supporting a team of analysts.                                                      

To Be Successful in This Role You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or International Trade
• 5+ Years on Accounts Payable, Customs Brokerage, or Trade Finance with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Ms- Office.
• Proficiency working with SAP, QAD or similar ERP systems for accounts payable and payment processing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage cross functional collaboration
• Bilingual English – Spanish
