0846 Maintenance Engineer Assistant

Job description

Preventive maintenance:

1. Follow up preventive maintenance plan and schedule

2. Check lists are in place and train the mechanical and electrical follow the regular check rigorously

3. Ensure timely trouble shooting through internal maintenance forces and outsourced services with high customer satisfaction.

4. Prepare history & maintain data of machine

5. Follow up of immediate superior assign

Predictive maintenance:

1. Follow up Predictive maintenance plan and schedule

2. Keep history of machine data (Electric current, Voltage, Vibration, Temp, Thermo scan and other)

Activity Pit Event (Preventive Maintenance)

1. Plan a Pit Event.

2. Collect data after the pit event.

Qualification

1. Diploma background for over 5 year, prefer major electrical or mechanical and other
2. Above 5-year equipment technical
3. Knowledge about energy and machine
4. Knowledge Understanding on System (IATF16949, ISO14001&OHSAS18001, etc.)
