Senior Finance Manager

Lead the operations of Finance GBS team relating to transactional accounting and month end closing activities.
Focus on talent development, building a strong team and addressing customer requirements.
Accountable for business satisfaction based on Service Level Agreements (SLA) and ensures achievement of key performance indicators/project milestones.
To drive the operational efficiencies and productivity by identifying and implementing opportunities for simplification and standardization of all the processes.
Responsible for ensuring appropriate control environment and adherence to SOX as well as oversight of various cash flow results while driving operational efficiency across all responsible areas, strengthening process and control environment, and providing ongoing leadership and functional oversight.
Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with stakeholders and promote effective and efficient GBS practices and exemplary service delivery. This requires the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and to have an understanding of business priorities and operations.
Manage customer relationships and expectations.
Identify risks and opportunities to the forecast and budget and devise risk mitigation plans.
Prepare variance analysis of actual financial results to previous forecasts, budgets and prior periods.
Drive continuous improvement mindset within GBS organization.
