As a member of the Global Electrification Systems team, the Systems Engineering Manager will be responsible for the North American Electrification Systems Engineering Team. The Systems Engineering team is responsible for System Architecture, Customer Requirements decomposition, System Interfaces and System Test. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for technical and direct leadership of the existing team.

The Role:

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Managing the resources of the team, balancing with the multiple programme needs (30%)
  • Accountable for Systems Engineering process and its application to Engineering projects (30%)
  • Support to Engineering Project Leaders and other disciple managers with problem resolution (15%)
  • Integration with Agile methodology as main trend in coming years. (5%)
  • Represent Systems Engineering in Senior Management Meetings. (10%)
  • Budget responsibility for Systems Department (5%)
  • Department Recruitment responsibility (5%)



Your Qualifications:

  • Engineering Degree or Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Technical Skills/Experience in Electrical Vehicles.
  • Management Skills/experience: team coordination, communication, time plan creation



Bonus If You Have:

  • Experience in Automotive High Voltage Systems
  • Experience in Systems Engineering
  • Experience in Hardware, Software, Mechanical Engineering Product design
